Planned Visitor's Center/Museum

The Fort Chadbourne Foundation has broke ground on their new 12,500 square foot Visitor's Center.

Through the graciousness of Charles and Joy Blake, acting as executors to the proceeds of Roberta Cole Johnson, this million
dollar Visitor's Center is now a reality.  The Fort Chadbourne, Roberta Cole Johnson complex will house all the many artifacts
found here, including both military, Native American, and family heritage items.  Gun displays, cannons, and many other exciting
displays are planned for this wonderful new addition to historic Fort Chadbourne.  The complex will also include a library for research,
a media center, gift shop, new offices, and outdoor exhibits.

Completion of the project is expected Sprin 2012.  Please watch this page for more information and future announcements concerning the Grand Opening!
